Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last Updated: 1st Feb 2025
Welcome to Bloomfield Wine. By accessing or purchasing from our website (bloomfieldwine.com.au), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions
By using this website, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Bloomfield Wine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the changes will be posted on this page. The updated version will apply to any transactions after the update.
2. Product Availability and Pricing
While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, Bloomfield Wine reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing and availability. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3. Ordering Process
By placing an order with Bloomfield Wine, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for billing, shipping, and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide a confirmation email outlining the items ordered, the total cost, and an estimated delivery time.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed upon for wholesale accounts. For wholesale customers, specific payment terms may apply and are subject to prior agreement.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We ship products to addresses within Australia only. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier used. Bloomfield Wine is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or other events outside our control. If the weather is extremely hot, shipping may be delayed to avoid damage to your precious wine goods.
For wholesale customers, delivery terms and shipping costs may be subject to separate arrangements.
6. Consumer Purchases – Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have the right to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for defective goods. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods to arrange for a return or replacement.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on change of mind purchases unless required by law.
7. Sale of Alcohol
Bloomfield Wine is licensed to sell alcohol in South Australia. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, the legal drinking age in Australia. We are required to refuse alcohol sales to individuals under the age of 18 and will verify the age of customers as needed.
8. Wholesale Orders – Payment Terms
Wholesale orders are subject to Bloomfield Wine’s standard wholesale terms and conditions. All goods remain the property of Bloomfield Wine until payment is received in full.
If invoices are not paid by the due date, Bloomfield Wine reserves the right to engage debt collection services and/or initiate legal proceedings for the recovery of any unpaid and undisputed debts. The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with debt collection.
9. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected is used solely for the purposes of processing your order and communication.
Bloomfield Wine respects your privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 1988, including the Australian Privacy Principles, in collecting and using your personal information.

14. Consumer Protection & Compliance with South Australian Laws
In addition to Australian Consumer Law, Bloomfield Wine operates in compliance with applicable South Australian consumer protection laws.
